Mattress: All pocket coil mattress is covered for a period of 3-15 years. All continuous spring mattresses are covered for 1 year. Your warranty covers the following items during normal wear:

Traditional Spring Mattress:

Coils or wires that are loose, broken or protrude through fabric due to manufacturing defects.
Body indentation 3″ or greater (see diagram for instruction on measuring body indentation- measurements taken in manufactured depressions of mattress surface will not be considered )
Sagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by same size box spring, or equivalent, with an appropriate support structure/frame. The frame should include a rigid centre support with at least 4 legs.

(**Original bill of sale must be presented at time of exchange/return or warranty claim)

Bed Frames

(Note: After claim is received with proper information and photos of damage; a decision will be made by a warranty technician. A physical inspection may be conducted to make a decision (this will be in store or at the customers home – at management’s discretion)
All physical damage must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery )

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges policy below is valid for 14 days.

Exchanges will be issued for merchandise in manufacturer packaging (non open and non damage). Stained, damaged, clearance, closeout, “AS IS”, and special order products are not covered. On all mattresses, the manufacturer’s law label must remain intact and sewn into its original position to qualify for any exchange.

(Please Note* There is a $69 processing fee to exchange your mattress)

Fee of $99 will be applied if the refunded item was delivered.

Return policy is valid for 7 days.

Same conditions as exchange policy. (Please note: no returns or exchanges for pillows, covers frames and beds)


All pre-ordered items generally take 4-6 weeks for arrival at our location. You will be contacted shortly after arrival at our location and a delivery date will be set.

Please be patient at some delays are out of our control (from time to time the CBSA conducts random searches on merchandise and this process may take up to 4-6 weeks).

There will be no returns or exchanges on any pre-ordered items (We are international importers so delays are out of our control).

Returns and exchanges will be considered and are assessed on a case-by-case basis subject to management approval. There will be a 20% processing fee on total value of goods in the case a return is approved by management.


A specific time window will be given for any delivery made and the customer is responsible to be present at the delivery address within the time frame provided. You will be contacted and given a 30 – 45 minute notice prior to arrival.

(We apologize but our drivers cannot wait if you are not present – We strive to provide the best customer service possible – However waiting for you means we will be late for our next customer!)

If a customer is not present; the item will be shipped back to the store at the customers expense ($69 delivery and restocking charge will apply)

If the item is to be shipped back $ 69 delivery charge will apply. If a refund is requested a $ 99 processing fee will apply – refund may take 3-5 business days to process.

All deliveries are to door step and furniture will not be taken into customers homes – this is due to liability. Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing.
